Flea market - Car boot sale of the Halles

On Sunday, March 30, 2025, the medieval market halls of Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne hosted their spring flea market in a remarkable heritage setting. Under the imposing wooden framework, classified as a historic monument, exhibitors offered trinkets, antique tableware, books, collectibles, and curiosities to the many visitors.

This edition offered treasure hunters a unique experience, combining the pleasure of discovery with an immersion in history. The 16th-century market halls, once a grain market, perpetuate their centuries-old commercial purpose. Visitors could extend their day with a stroll through the picturesque streets of this medieval town awarded the « Quatre Fleurs » label.
