The Les Amis du Beau Vallon association, founded in 1977, is one of the longest-established neighbourhood associations in Antony (92160). Every spring it organises its brocante on Place du Général-Leclerc, at the intersection of RD 920 and avenue Rabelais — in the local landmark known as Square du 8-Mai-1945, near the Antony fire station.
The Beau Vallon brocante is a private sellers' jumble sale: no professional dealers are admitted. This guarantees an authentic experience, with every stall run by a resident from Antony or neighbouring communes offering the contents of their attic, garage or cupboards. Light furniture, clothing, books, inherited tableware, toys, collectibles and mementos — the variety reflects the everyday lives of Antony households.
Registration closes before the event: no on-site sign-ups are possible on the day. This allows the association to manage capacity and ensure a well-organised layout.
Place du Général-Leclerc sits at the junction of RD 920 — one of Antony's main north-south arteries — and avenue Rabelais.
