On Sunday 15 March 2026, Place Maubert, one of the emblematic squares of the 5th arrondissement, hosts a large brocante organised by ADJC. From 6am to 6pm, stalls take over this historic square.

A well-rooted tradition

Place Maubert hosts one of Paris' oldest fresh produce markets three times a week. Professional brocanteurs offer an eclectic selection: antique furniture, paintings, prints, clocks, silverware, jewellery, old books, postcards and curiosities.

The Latin Quarter, a gem for bargain hunting

The Sorbonne, Collège de France, Panthéon, Arènes de Lutèce and Institut du Monde Arabe are all nearby. The antique bookshops of Rue de la Bûcherie, including the famous Shakespeare and Company, round off a day dedicated to treasures from the past.
