The great open-air flea market in the historic Cergy village quarter
Every spring, the AHCV residents' association turns the Boulevard du Port in Cergy-Village into a bustling outdoor flea market. Up to 300 private sellers display furniture, clothing, toys and bric-a-brac along the banks of the Oise river. Free entry, food trucks on site, friendly village atmosphere guaranteed.
In the heart of the Cergy-Pontoise new town, the historic 'Cergy-Village' quarter retains the charm of a genuine French village. It is here, along the Boulevard du Port beside the River Oise, that the Association des Habitants de Cergy-Village (AHCV) organises its beloved annual spring flea market.
Between 200 and 300 private sellers set up stalls offering furniture, vintage clothing, toys, crockery, books and all manner of second-hand goods. Electrical appliances can be tested on the spot. The event is free for visitors and draws thousands of bargain-hunters and families from across Val-d'Oise.
Food trucks and a refreshment stand ensure visitors are well catered for, while the riverside setting makes for a pleasant day out even beyond the shopping.
