What makes the Noisiel flea market unique is its location: the Cité Menier, a former workers' city built at the end of the 19th century by the famous Menier family to house the workers of its chocolate factory. Listed as a historic monument in 1986, this city constitutes a remarkable example of industrial and social architecture, with its aligned pavilions, its schools, its collective facilities and its famous chocolate factory (today Nestlé's French headquarters). Exhibitors pay differentiated rates: 6 euros per meter for Noisiel residents, 8 euros for non-residents and 15 euros for professionals. Registration is done at the Espace Citoyen or the Michel Legrand Cultural Center, via the city's citizen portal.
