Edition 2025 — BALIPA Flea Market
The 2025 BALIPA Flea Market brought together over 250 private vendors on the Place du Vel d'Hiv and adjacent streets, between Les Lilas and Bagnolet. This community garage sale day organised by the BALIPA association delivered on all its promises of conviviality and exchange between residents of the three districts.

Review of the 2025 Edition
The 2025 BALIPA Flea Market confirmed its place among the unmissable events in the Seine-Saint-Denis flea market calendar. The Place du Vel d'Hiv and the rues de Noisy-le-Sec, des Villegranges, de la Chassagnole and Jean-Baptiste Clément welcomed over 250 private vendors from Bagnolet, Les Lilas and Paris 20th.
From 8am to 6pm, visitors and sellers enlivened this cross-border area with enthusiasm, offering and discovering a wide variety of second-hand items: clothing, toys, books, crockery, trinkets and curiosities. The next edition is announced for Sunday 7 June 2026.
