The Bagnolet Bicycle Swap: Solidarity Mechanics in the Park

In the Cour Carrée of the Parc Départemental Jean-Moulin – Les Guilands in Bagnolet, the Ateliers Recyclo association has created an event that has become essential for cyclists in Seine-Saint-Denis: the Bicycle Swap. Several times a year, this second-hand market dedicated to non-motorised two-wheelers brings together fewer than 50 private vendors selling all kinds of bikes and accessories.

Selling, Buying and Repairing Your Bike

The Bicycle Swap welcomes the full diversity of the cycling world: road and gravel bikes, city and Dutch bikes, mountain bikes and hybrids, children's bikes, and all the accessories to go with them. Admission is free for visitors, and vendor spots are offered free to private individuals. The on-site free-price repair workshop allows everyone to fix their bike with the help of volunteers. A solidarity refreshment stand offers organic drinks and homemade products at low prices.

The Parc Départemental Jean-Moulin – Les Guilands is one of Seine-Saint-Denis' major green spaces.
