Edition 2025 — Saint-Sauvant Giant Clearance
The 2025 (3rd) edition of Saint-Sauvant Giant House Clearance ran on 17 May 2025. Dozens of houses and hamlets opened their doors, the gratiferia filled the village hall, the decorated bike ride drew crowds. Confirmed success for this pioneering Pays Mélusin format.

2025 edition review
On 17 May 2025 Saint-Sauvant held its 3rd Giant House Clearance - Gratiferia - Decorated Bike Ride. Dozens of addresses welcomed visitors who hunted right in people's homes. The Gratiferia at the village hall was busy: clothing, toys, books changed hands free in a relaxed mood.
The decorated bike parade, the flagship, drew some 30 riders in the sun. Quoits tournaments, leather workshop and youth council stand rounded the programme. 2025 confirmed the format, inspiring neighbouring villages. See you in 2026 for the 4th edition.
