The Festival Committee of Ambonnay organizes its Flea Market every spring, which is now in its 22nd edition. This May event is deeply rooted in the festive and community life of Ambonnay (51150), a Grand Cru wine village in the Montagne de Reims. Twenty-two editions of loyalty to the spring event mark an occasion that has found its place and retained its exhibitors and visitors.

The Festival Committee is the central association for social life in Ambonnay, organizing events throughout the year that punctuate the village life: patron saint's festival, community meals, sports competitions, and of course, the annual May flea market. The latter is an opportunity for the residents of the village and surrounding areas to gather in a festive and relaxed atmosphere, far from the daily concerns of winemaking.

The Ambonnay Flea Market offers a general flea market selection adapted to the size of the commune: local and regional exhibitors present their finds and second-hand items. The rural and Champagne character is particularly evident: one naturally finds items related to agricultural and wine life — old tools, miniature barrels, antique Champagne glasses, wine maps, and engravings — but also the usual spectrum of a country flea market.
