In 2025, the Obernai Antiques - Earthenware - Brocante Fair did not yet exist. The Association of Friends of Sarreguemines Earthenware was actively preparing the launch of this new Quality Authenticity-labelled event, which comes to life in April 2026 at the Salle des Fetes in Obernai.

Genesis of a new fair in Alsace
Before the creation of the Obernai Antiques - Earthenware - Brocante Fair in 2026, the Association of Friends of Sarreguemines Earthenware spent considerable time developing the project of a fair dedicated to antiques and old earthenware in the medieval city of Obernai. Drawing on its expertise in promoting eastern French earthenware, the association obtained the Quality Authenticity label from the SNCAO-GA and selected 14 professional merchants for this first edition. The choice of the prestigious Salle des Fetes in Obernai, in the heart of the Wine Route, reflects the ambition of this project: to create an annual reference event for Alsatian collectors and art lovers.
